This Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how digital products purchased through www.ecomgrowthvault.co.za are delivered to our customers.

Because The Ecommerce Growth Vault sells digital products only, no physical products are shipped or delivered by courier.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY

All products available through The Ecommerce Growth Vault are digital products and resources.

Depending on the product purchased, these may include:

Digital guides and ebooks
Templates
Checklists
Workbooks
Spreadsheets
Calculators
Planners
Swipe files
AI prompt packs
Digital toolkits
Ecommerce resources
Downloadable bundles
Other digital files and materials

No physical copy of any product will be shipped to you unless specifically stated otherwise on the applicable product page.

2. INSTANT DIGITAL DELIVERY

Our products are designed to provide fast digital access.

After your payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, you will normally receive access to your purchased digital product immediately or shortly thereafter.

Access may be provided through:

A download link displayed after checkout;
An email containing your download link or access instructions;
A customer account on our website; or
Another digital delivery method clearly communicated during or after checkout.

Please ensure that you enter a valid and accessible email address when placing your order.

3. NO SHIPPING FEES

Because all products are delivered electronically:

There are no physical shipping or courier fees.

You will not be charged for standard physical delivery unless a future product is specifically identified as a physical product before you complete your purchase.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Most digital products should become available immediately after successful payment confirmation.

In certain circumstances, delivery may take longer due to:

Payment verification;
Payment processing delays;
Technical issues;
Incorrect email addresses;
Email filtering or spam protection;
Website or server interruptions; or
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have successfully paid for a product but have not received access, please contact us so that we can assist you.

5. DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR DOWNLOAD?

If your digital product does not arrive, please first:

Check your email inbox.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Check your Promotions folder, if applicable.
Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
Check your customer account or order confirmation page for a download link.

6. INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information entered during checkout is accurate.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase before changing the email address or providing access.

7. DOWNLOAD & ACCESS RESPONSIBILITY

Once access has been provided, customers are encouraged to download and securely store any files that are made available for download.

Where a product is provided through an online portal, platform or customer account rather than as a downloadable file, access will be subject to the terms communicated with that product.

If a download link is not working, a file appears corrupted, or you experience another technical issue with your purchase, please contact us.

11. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, refund eligibility may differ from physical products.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.

12. INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL ACCESS

Unless otherwise stated on a product page, our digital products may be purchased from locations where customers can legally access our website and complete payment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable internet access, compatible software or devices where required, and the ability to access the digital file formats included with their purchase.
